Cancellation Policy

Note: If you are purchasing a group class ( B.E.A². Hive) that is offered virtually with recorded classes, you cannot be refunded if you are unable to make the live class. You are agreeing to receive the recorded class to view on your own time. You may request a refund during the first 2 weeks from the start of the program if you no longer wish to participate in the program. Your refund will be pro-rated for the unused portion of the program. You will no longer have access to recorded classes, nor will you continue to have access to the private Facebook group . To cancel or change an appointment, please contact me within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of payment unless other arrangements have been made in advance and approved. Services are not transferable and must be utilized within the booking time period.
