Why Did I Write This Program?

As a woman in midlife, I understand the unique struggles we face.


We are navigating our way through peri- and post- menopause,

raising children and grandchildren, and caring for elderly family members. Trying to find time to prioritize our own health and wellbeing can become a challenge and often takes a back seat.

We are smart, educated, creative, advancing in our own careers, and for some entering the next chapter of our lives, retirement.


We are literally holding up the world.

​

I know what it feels like to reach a certain age and suddenly it feels like you’re falling apart. One injury, ache and pain after another. You find yourself constantly chasing symptoms but never seem to get at the root cause of the problem.

​

And, if that’s not enough, our concerns are often dismissed by our care providers. We feel unseen, unheard or only mentioned as an afterthought or postscript.

I want you to know not only do I see, hear and feel you; I AM YOU!

Aging is inevitable. But we can take actionable steps to determine HOW we age. And if your goal is to age remaining active and athletic and are ready to commit to yourself, I'm here for you!

I'm on a mission to change the way we view getting older from being forever in need of being "fixed", to being confident, strong, and resilient for the long haul!

About RE-FRAME: Rehab To Resilience

​


  • RE-FRAME: Rehab To Resilience is a 8-week program that will change the way you experience rehab from reactive (treating symptoms) to pro-active (addressing causes of problems and decreasing the potential for new ones).

  • Assessment: You will receive a full movement assessment to get to the root cause of your symptoms

  • Training: Private weekly live coaching sessions with personalized programming: no more generic programs that don’t work for you.

  • Home Program: Your home program will be provided in an app that you can access anywhere. Home programs are reviewed weekly and updated as appropriate.

  • Education: Recorded workshops that will cover different aspects of movement and health so that you can understand how your body works and why the source of your pain isn't always what you think. 

  • Accountability: Weekly check in to see how you are progressing with your home program. 

  • Accessibility: No more waiting until your next session to ask a question. You will have access to me during office hours (M-F 8-5), with a response within 24 hours.

  • Familiarity: No more getting passed around from one provider to another.
