Summer Shape Up 2.0


This is a self paced fitness program designed to teach you the fundamentals of Pilates, Weight training using dumbells, with balance and agility components. All workouts are programmed and guided by Jill Koshak-Johnson, MPT a Physical Therapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, as well as Certified Advanced Pilates instructor with over 30 years of experience.


All of the workouts are programmed so that you can do them anytime, anywhere, with minimal equipment. 


Included are programming schedules you can print out at home that include both 2x and 3x/week options and the link to a private youtube playlist that includes your full body workouts plus BONUS Classic Pilates as well as Mobility workouts.
